When you see a diagonal opening in Connect Four, you go for it. When you see a diagonal opening in highway traffic, you go for it, but slowly and one lane at a time, with proper signalling. This guy obviously never played Connect Four as child, nor did he learn simple decency or caution as an adult, because this STi Scooby Doo ends up on the tail end of traffic jam and makes his a new one all his own.
