The whole ordeal starts when an older-generation Mercedes ML rams a G63, promptly angering the G63 driver. The G63 then starts racing to get ahead of the ML, which refuses to take no for an answer and continues its bloodthirsty quest for all things shiny and chrome.
It's unclear why the battle starts, but there is a Chechen wedding tradition that involves fighting to be closest to the bride and groom. Like all good wedding traditions, this can quickly devolve into attempted vehicular manslaughter. It'd explain a lot.
