A hit-and-run incident took place recently in Durham, North Carolina after the driver of a white Volvo ran a stop sign and clipped the rear of another car, sending it spinning into an oncoming lane.
The crash took place at 6:40 p.m. Monday evening. Judging by the stop sign pictured in the video, the driver of the Volvo didn't have the right of way.
Also judging by the video, the guilty party didn't have a conscience and could care less if his fellow motorist was injured by his error.
