Clearwater, Florida police have arrested 19 year-old Carmen Chamblee and charged her with second degree arson, after she was caught on this home security camera setting fire to someone's car on a local street. Shortly after uploading this footage to their Facebook page, Clearwater police made a positive ID on the woman and brought her in for questioning. Her reason for starting the fire? She thought it was her ex-boyfriend's car. No word on any other pending charges has been issued.
