All glory to the dash cam! Here's another compilation of car accidents spanning Russia, Ukraine and Belgium. The stuff people try to pull off with all that ice and snow on the road is beyond me. I also want to believe all the accidents involving the most boneheaded of driver moves possible originated in Russia.
