This car decided to make a U-Turn at the last second, and it was met by a dump truck seconds later.

That might be the worst U-Turn decision in the history of driving.
The crash could have been much worse had the dump truck been driving faster. Hopefully no one was injured, and hopefully the driver of that car never makes that kind of decision ever again.
