This terrifying wreck was captured by an observant driver on a highway in Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, the driver he was filming seemed to have no clue they were driving on the wrong side of the highway until it was entirely too late. Though the oncoming car tried to swerve away from the wrong way driver, they turned into each other at the last second. While the wreck looked deadly, thankfully both parties escaped the incident with only minor injuries.
