This police officer seems to be responding to a call along side many other cops when his bike is the first to hit a hard to see speed bump. Because it comes up so unexpectedly, his back end gets launched and he has a hard time controlling the bike. It flips over and sends him face first into the pavement (let's hear it for helmets!) before almost bringing the entire bike down on top of him!
