A driver somehow didn’t see the giant puddle of concrete he was barreling into @Newsday / Twitter

A driver in Nebraska may be on the hook for some expensive repairs after getting stuck in fresh concrete.

According to an AP report, the 19 year old driver won’t be ticketed as police determined that it was unclear that the concrete was still wet and that there was a 24 foot gap between cones. While there is no ticket to worry about, the driver may still be on the hook for around $10,000 for towing and repairs.

In addition to embarrassment and road repairs, if they don’t act quickly, that Civic will need some serious attention.
