The lion does not apologize for his roar and these early 20th century aircraft engine-powered European scream machines don't apologize for theirs. In preparation for Goodwood's 74th Members' Meeting, these daring Brits gather their high-torque, high speed thrill rides which spit flame and smoke as they tear through the countryside at blistering speeds exceeding 100 miles per hour. Says owner Richard Scaldwell of his 1914 GN JAP, "You'd be hard pushed to get a car that's nicer to drive than one of these. It's nearly perfect. Maybe it is perfect?"
