Petrolicious has put up a new video highlighting a classic ride, The '69 Citroen DS. Specifically, Jeff Suhy's Citroen DS and why he loves it.
Jeff argues that the Citroen DS was the most revolutionary car ever when it was released. He showcases safety features that were previously unheard of in car design until the Citroen DS such as an engine that was made to slide under the vehicle in a front end collision, a fiberglass roof to bring down the center of gravity and lights that moved in directions to help the driver's visibility. He also likens the Citroen's introduction to the band Nirvana and their impact on the music world - I'll let you figure out whether that's an apt comparison.
