The Chevy Corvette is the dream car of countless Americans, but owning one that used to belong to NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. takes things to a whole other level.

Dale Jr. has made this possible in each of the past seven years. He does this through a partnership with Chevrolet where he gets a new Corvette at the beginning of the year, then drives it around for a bit, before raffling away the 'Vette.

All proceeds from the raffle benefit The Dale Jr. Foundation, which helps needy child by supporting a network of organizations.

The final day to enter this year's raffle was on September 29th. Some 10,888 tickets were sold and each cost $25 apiece.

Well, on October 3rd, The Dale Jr. Foundation announced on Facebook that Michael from Nevada won the raffle, but that's the last mention of Earnhardt's Corvette until today, Oct. 24th, when pictures were shared on both Twitter and Facebook showing Mike with Dale Jr. while he picked up the yellow Corvette Grand Sport.

Besides winning the sports car, Mike also got to tour JR Motorsports, visit JR Nation, and listen to the Dale Jr.'s Dirty Mo Radio Podcast, according to The Dale Jr. Foundation's official Facebook page.

While we don't currently know Mike's last name, we can tell you the new Corvette Grand Sport features a 460-horsepower V8 engine that's allows this car to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in only 3.6 seconds. What's more, the 2018 Corvette Grand Sport with the 3LT package carries a starting MSRP of $76,235.

That's not a bad deal for a $25 raffle ticket.
