A winter storm is blasting its way through the South, and that's not good news for Atlanta. Because when the snow comes, things come to a crawl.
Or even slower.
The Atlanta Journal Constitution posted a traffic sign that showed going six miles could take up to 71 minutes -- an hour an 11 minutes.

Now, a driver would be able to watch the 1931 version of Frankenstein (70 minutes). If the traffic slows just a bit more, they could get through The Jungle Book (78 minutes) or Toy Story (81 minutes).
And traffic is bad everywhere.
