A groundhog predicts the weather, and now, a vulture predicts the winner at Homestead

Couldn't they come up with a better animal?

Puppies are cute. Cats are, too, though they do have attitude. How about Llamas?

The point here would be that there are certainly a number of cute animals you could pick to make a prediction.

A vulture wouldn't be at the top of my list.

But that's what the Miami Zoo used as Peanut the Vulture did its best Puxatony Phil impersonation.

He sprinted towards four numbers, all that signify a driver -- The No. 2 (Brad Keselowski), No. 4 (Kevin Harvick), No. 18 (Kyle Busch) and No. 78 (Martin Truex Jr.) And while many prognosticators think Harvick will get the win, Peanut has other ideas.

He picked Kyle Busch.

We'll see.
