The penalty report this week from NASCAR was short, but not so sweet for the number 24 GMS Racing team. The number 24 truck, driven by Justin Haley, had its fifth place finish encumbered after the Texas NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race per NASCAR.com.

The truck measured too low after the race in both the front and rear. Crew chief Kevin Bellicourt was fined $5,000 dollars, got suspended for one race and the team was docked 10 driver and owner points. Haley is not in the Truck series playoffs.

The only other penalty given out was a fine of $2,500 to the crew chief of Christopher Bell's number 4 truck for a loose lug nut.
