Dale Earnhardt Jr. unveils his final paint scheme for his No. 88

We all know that Dale Earnhardt, Jr. will retire after this NASCAR season to go into broadcasting. What we didn't know -- what would his final paint scheme look like?

Now, we do know.

It's sort of a 'Back to the Future' look for Earnhardt, as the paint job looks similar to his first paint scheme, which debuted in 1999.

His sponsor, Axalta, will be on the rear quarter panel and across the hood of his Hendrick Motorsports No. 88 Chevrolet and be featured across the hood.

If the colors -- red body, black roof, black stripes -- looks familiar, it should; points out the car is "clearly modeled after his former No. 8 Budweiser-sponsored entry fielded by his father's Dale Earnhardt Inc.-owned organization."

You can see the paint scheme in the Ford EcoBoost 400 at Homestead Miami Speedway, which takes place on Sunday, Nov. 19.
