Few drivers are buying a sports car for safety, but a two star NCAP score is pretty miserable no matter what the ride may be. The 2017 Ford Mustang slammed into a wall wrecking both the car and its safety rating. It's 2017, you'd think they'd have a safety test figured out by now, right? Primary safety concerns noted by the Euro NCAP were insufficient inflation of air bags, rear passengers sliding under seat belts, and damage to the head of a child sized dummy as it struck the interior.
