In the closing months of 2016 Chevrolet took their all new 2017 Camaro ZL1 on a road trip to the most challenging track in the world, German's Nürburgring. With a lap time of 7:29:60, the latest ZL1 managed to beat the previous generation by more than 11 seconds. That's some serious speed that puts both the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio and Porsche Panamera Turbo to shame. Playing second fiddle to Walter Röhrl's 7:28 Porsche Carrera GT record is nothing to be ashamed of either.
