It's an easy target, sure, but there's no mincing that the C5 Corvette is like the flagship car of crotchety Baby Boomers trying to put their life back together after a messy divorce. It's the posterchild for regular American car culture. It's cool with the NASCAR crowd, the executive and CEO car, and it's the car blue collar guys aspire to. And while there's plenty to love about the no-nonsense sports car, you can't deny that C5 isn't the best. That distinction that C7 holds.
