That was the margin of victory in Saturday’s NASCAR race, the closest finish ever in any national series race.  The photo finish went to with Tyler Reddick’s No. 9 Chevrolet from JR Motorsports, who  barely edged —  by inches —  teammate Elliott Sadler.
