Hurricane Harvey has devastated Texas. It's expected to be the second costliest storm ever, according to ABC News. It destroyed nearly 200,000 homes, killed dozens, and left hundreds of thousands of people seeking federal assistance. It's led a number of organizations, including NASCAR, to offer support and raise money.
This weekend, NASCAR goes one step further, placing a heart-felt decal on all of its cars:
