RICHMOND, Va. -- The Craftsman Truck Series playoff field is set after Ty Majeski won Saturday night's race at Richmond.

Majeski won his second consecutive race after leading 70 laps. Christian Eckes crossed the line second. Taylor Gray, Grant Enfinger, and Layne Riggs rounded out the top five.

Playoff field: The playoff field features 10 drivers. Eckes is the regular-season champion. Corey Heim, Majeski, Gray, Nick Sanchez, Tyler Ankrum, Daniel Dye, Ben Rhodes, Rajah Caruth, and Grant Enfinger will now compete for the Truck Series championship.

Dye, Gray, and Caruth will all make their first appearances in the playoffs.

"It's a team sport, and everybody's got to do their jobs," Dye told AltDriver. "That's what happened tonight. So just proud of everybody."

While Dye capitalized on the race by scoring 13 stage points, Tanner Gray left Richmond disappointed. He had a truck that couldn't contend for a top-10 finish, and he missed the playoffs after entering the race only five points below the cutline.

"We weren't that good in practice," Tanner said. "We fought some issues throughout there, and that carried over into qualifying, and just put ourselves in a hole. And when you start 26th here, and you don't have a whole lot of speed, you know, it's gonna be tough."

Stage 1: Christian Eckes won the opening stage and locked up a playoff point. He also clinched the regular-season championship, which added another 15 playoff points to his total.

Taylor Gray finished second in the stage and punched his ticket to the playoffs for the first time. Grant Enfinger, Ben Rhodes, Layne Riggs, Daniel Dye, Matt Crafton, Corey Heim, Nick Sanchez, and Rajah Caruth all scored stage points.

"I think the biggest thing for us is the bonus points," Eckes said about clinching the regular-season title. "That obviously helps a lot. So it's exciting to get the championship, but at the same time, we got a lot more work to do to get the big one at the end of the year."

Ty Majeski, who stayed out on older tires, fell from the lead to outside the top 25. He then received a penalty for an uncontrolled tire between stages 1 and 2.

Stage 2: Matt Crafton spun and brought out the caution on Lap 127. This set up a final dash to the end of the stage.

Grant Enfinger won stage 2 and locked up a playoff point. This was his first stage win since Milwaukee last season, a race he won.

Christian Eckes finished second. Daniel Dye, Layne Riggs, Corey Heim, Ben Rhodes, Rajah Caruth, Tyler Ankrum, Taylor Gray, and Connor Jones rounded out the top 10.

Next: The Craftsman Truck Series teams will kick off the playoffs on Sunday, Aug. 25. They will compete at Milwaukee Mile at 4 p.m. ET (FS1).
