RFK Racing lands new multi-year sponsor for all 3 drivers

CONCORD, N.C. -- In front of a large crowd at the annual Fan Day, RFK Racing pulled the tarp off the No. 60 Ford Mustang and revealed a new multi-year sponsor.

Trimble, a global technology company, had officially joined the fold to support all three of the NASCAR Cup Series team's three drivers. Trimble's first event will be at Nashville Superspeedway with Ryan Preece, but the company will also sponsor Chris Buescher later in 2025.

According to the Friday afternoon announcement, Trimble will also join forces with Brad Keselowski and the No. 6 team next season as part of the multi-year deal. RFK Racing did not provide any other dates or locations for these upcoming races.

"This is a high-profile opportunity to expand awareness of Trimble by supporting a leading NASCAR team with a technology vision closely aligned with our own," said Rob Painter, president and CEO of Trimble, in a press release.

"Both organizations focus on cohesive technology ecosystems and data-driven precision as the formula for winning in dynamic and intensely competitive environments."

This move to add Trimble to the lineup is only the latest in a long line for RFK Racing, which takes a unique approach to its business deals. The race team doesn't have one specific sponsor working with one specific driver. It splits them evenly across the three cars.

This was a purposeful decision made when examining the driver lineup and the different partner markets.

"I think for a variety of reasons, we thought it'd be better to spread it over all of our drivers," Steve Newmark, president of RFK Racing, told media members on Friday. "And so almost all of our partners literally have paint schemes, and they get rights to and they have access to every driver.

"Now, for the partner, I think it's great because -- and you guys know all of our drivers -- you may have Brad go speak at something that's very different than what you would bring Ryan Preece to. So they have access to drivers.

"Like, if somebody's doing something up in Connecticut in the Northeast, you're going to grab Preece as opposed to Buescher or Brad. And so our partners have that flexibility and accessibility."
