Our Motorsports has announced it will no longer compete in the NASCAR Xfinity Series after this weekend's trip to Dover Motor Speedway.
The NASCAR team announced the news with a statement on Friday. It noted it will make one final start to close this chapter.
"Our Motorsports will cease operations in NASCAR racing moving forward," the statement said. "Thank you to NASCAR, Chevrolet, the fans, employees, and drivers, for a good ride over the last 6 years."
This move followed Our Motorsports and Kris Wright parting ways. Wright started 18 races this season in the No. 5 Chevrolet and posted one top-10 finish. However, the team turned to a veteran driver for its final race in NASCAR.
"Our Motorsports and Kris Wright have officially parted ways following the Sonoma race on July 15, 2025," the team said. "Our Motorsports will complete its season on Saturday in Dover, Del., with Kaz Grala behind the wheel of the No. 5 Ferguson Chevrolet."
Grala is a simulation and reserve driver for Legacy Motor Club, but the Cup Series team and Toyota gave him permission to drive for the Chevrolet-affiliated team at Dover Motor Speedway.
Our Motorsports first competed in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2020. The team started every race with Brett Moffitt making 29 of the starts. Andy Lally, Patrick Emerling, and Jairo Avila Jr. filled out the season schedule.
Our Motorsports continued working with a variety of drivers in 2021 before expanding to three full-time entries for 2022. Anthony Alfredo and Jeb Burton each made 33 starts. Moffitt made 20 starts before departing the team. Five other drivers then shared the No. 02 for the rest of the season.
The team streamlined its operation for 2023 and '24. It fielded only the No. 02 in 2023 with a variety of drivers making starts. The team then fielded the No. 5 in 2024 with Alfredo back in the lineup on a full-time basis.
Alfredo headed to Young's Motorsports for the 2025 season while Wright joined Our Motorsports to drive the No. 5 Chevrolet. Now, Grala will take over for the team's final start.
