Neil deGrasse Tyson tells us about the physics behind stock cars

What started as revenge for having his show bumped for NASCAR, ended with Neil deGrasse Tyson explaining the physics of stock car racing.

In this video Neil, along with Chuck Nice and Gary O'reilly dive deep into the details of driving a stock car at the highest level. His knowledge of track banking, air flow, downforce and drafting will make you wonder why he isn't on a race team. This has to be the most scientific way to think of NASCAR and could be very useful for someone starting out in the sport.
