Bubba Wallace has a lot to look forward to in 2018, but that doesn’t mean he’s forgetting what happened last season.
Wallace tweeted that while it wasn’t the fantastic season he’d hoped for, he definitely had what he calls some of his favorite moments from 2017.
Among them, winning the 2nd stage in the Xfinity race at Dover just ahead of best buddy Ryan Blaney, whom he just passed and was able to hold off.
Then it was his chance at racing in the Cup series. Qualifying for and then driving in his first Cup race…a dream come true for Wallace. All the sweeter is that he did it in probably the most iconic race car there is.
The biggest highlight is his Camping World Truck series win at Michigan where he made a great move dropping way down to take the lead with 11 laps to go and holding it.
