As of now, the longest racetrack in the world is the 13.1 mile Nurburgring Grand Prix in Nurburg, Germany. But multimillionaire entrepreneur John Morris has plans to break that record, and he has his sights set on a track longer than 15 miles in Las Vegas.
Morris bought the Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch in 2004, and he recently bought property next to it for $5 million with the goal of building the longest racetrack in the world.
According to Digital Trends, Morris also plans to build a 6-mile desert course for trucks and ATVs, as well as a a track for high performance go-karts. He also has plans to build a 6,000-foot drag race track that will also double as an aircraft landing strip.

Morris has plans in place to make the area an ideal spot for racing fans to visit. He plans to build a hotel, restaurants, theaters, and luxury homes to attract fans to visit the area for race weekends.
There is also a place called jetpack America that allows people to use jetpacks and water jetpacks.
Bloomberg has a few pictures of the early looks and designs for the area, and the idea is very unique and intriguing.
