Kyle Larson comes back to the United States and just keeps winning

In a pre-NASCAR season stretch that's been nothing short of amazing, Kyle Larson continues his winning ways.

Larson recently returned home from New Zealand where he was slated to race in six Midget races. Of those six races, he won three, spun out in one, and the other two were cancelled due to weather.

For months, Larson has been talking about the Chili Bowl Nationals that are now underway in Tulsa, OK. In his preliminary run Larson took the checkered flag, automatically qualifying him for Saturday's 55-lap main event, according to ESPN.com.

More than 350 entrants compete for the 24 spots in the main event, with the top three finishers each night qualifying for the main event. Other drivers that qualified on Tuesday are Tyler Courtney and World of Outlaws Sprint car driver Brad Sweet, who is also the brother of Larson's fiancee.

If Larson can manage to stay on this hot streak, there's no reason he shouldn't be a favorite to win the main event. Either way he's on one hell of a run. The fellas over at the Cup Series should take notice.
