A NASCAR superstar and his pal drunk dialed Dale Jr. and a country music legend in the same night

Jimmie Johnson and Lance Armstrong were apparently up to some shenanigans on Monday night because the duo placed a couple of FaceTime calls to unexpected recipients.

Johnson tweeted his apologies for calling Dale Earnhardt Jr. late at night, and he said they also called Willie Nelson.

Earnhardt was obviously confused as to why they called, and he also couldn't believe they called Willie Nelson on the same night.

A fan asked Jimmie Johnson if Willie Nelson was teaching Dale Jr. what Willie knows best (and he wasn't talking about country music).

But Jimmie said Willie actually answered the phone. Dale Jr. was already asleep.

At least we know that Willie Nelson will be there for you in the middle of the night in case you need someone.
