Jeffrey Earnhardt has been seeking a way to honor his late grandfather, the NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt Jr.
He’s found one, and it’s perfect.
Jeffrey Earnhardt posted, on his Instagram account, a helmet that honors his grandfather.
Kate Fegley is his public relations representative, while Off Axis is the shop and Nole McEwen the artist.
“They didn’t know if they were going to have time to get it done because they were in such a rush to get helmets knocked out at Off Axis,” Earnhardt told motorsport.com. “Once she told me, I told Greg (Stumpff, owner Off Axis Paint), “You have to do it.’ You’ve got to get this done.’
Jeffrey Earnhardt will driver the No. 00 Chevrolet for StarCom Racing at the Daytona 500.
