Ford Performance is joining forces with the Gene Haas Foundation for an in-season tournament that will support charitable foundations.
Announced on Thursday, the "Driving 4 a Difference presented by the Gene Haas Foundation" will pit five Ford Performance drivers against each other over four races. This group includes AM Racing's Harrison Burton, RSS Racing's Kyle Sieg, RSS Racing's Ryan Sieg, Haas Factory Team's Sam Mayer, and Haas Factory Team's Sheldon Creed.
These drivers will compete against each other using the standard NASCAR points system. They will earn points for where they finish each race. They will earn extra points for top-10 finishes in the race stages. If one of these drivers wins a race during the in-season Xfinity Series tournament, they will score double points.
The driver with the most points at the end of the tournament will win $20,000 for a charity of their choice. The driver in second place will win $15,000 for their chosen charity. The three other drivers will each secure $5,000 for their chosen charities.
