The NASCAR off season is fairly short -- compared to other sports -- but it's too long for fans. Sure, they get to interact with their favorite drivers on social media; the NASCAR awards break things up a bit; and you can also count on a race from Kyle Larson, who just doesn't seem to rest.
But what fans miss is the sounds of the track.
