Sunday's race at Talladega was filled with wrecks and plenty of Dale Earnhardt Jr. fans, and it was one of the most entertaining races of the season.

Clint Bowyer joked on the radio scanner before the race that the stands were packed, and every fan should get a free Dale Jr. autograph.

Jamie McMurray was the first driver to suffer a bad crash, and spotter Tyler Green told him that the 27 car of Paul Menard was going to let him in. Suddenly, McMurray went flying into the wall, which ended his day and prompted a hilarious response from Kyle Busch.

"That was the absolute stupidest (expletive) thing he's ever done," Busch said. "Holy sheez what an idiot."

Brad Keselowski had some issues communicating with his team during the race, and his team couldn't hear him talk on the radio.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. was nearly caught up in several wrecks, but he was able to avoid them. He was close to being hit by Trevor Bayne, but he made it through without making contact.

"We didn't touch him," Earnhardt said. "It was real close. Ole' Dega's giving me one last thrill.

"This stuff here will make you age fast."

Brad Keselowski passed Ryan Newman on the last lap to pick up the win, and he told his crew that it takes the pressure off of him heading into next week.

"Oh, I can't believe I saved that," Keselowski said. "Oh, god. That takes a lot of stress off for next week."

It was Keselowski's fifth win at Talladega, and he advanced to the Round of 8 with the victory.
