The Cup Series takes on the Tricky Triangle this weekend to close out Prime Video's portion of the broadcast schedule. The all-time Pocono Raceway wins leader enters the weekend with the best odds to win.
According to BetMGM, seven-time Pocono winner Denny Hamlin has the best odds to win this weekend. He enters the race at +475. This puts him ahead of Kyle Larson (+525), Ryan Blaney (+550), William Byron (+800), and Christopher Bell (+800).
Hamlin having the best odds is understandable considering his consistency at the 2.5-mile track. Along with his seven trips to victory lane, he is the active leader at Pocono in top-five finishes (16), top-10s (23), and laps led (858). He remains tied for the most Pocono poles (four).
He has won three of the past eight races and finished second in two. He technically crossed the finish line first in 2022 but was disqualified after post-race inspection due to illegal tape on the No. 11.
Larson has not won at Pocono in 17 starts, but he has finished inside the top 10 in nine trips to the Tricky Triangle. He has five top-five finishes. His closest brushes with victory lane were in the two races in 2021.
Larson was the leader on the final lap at Pocono when a flat tire caused him to fall off the pace. Alex Bowman passed him to score the win. Larson finished ninth. One day later, he finished second behind Kyle Busch.
Blaney, for comparison, has finished top 10 in seven of his 15 Pocono starts. He has won two races, including his first career Cup Series win in 2017. Blaney is also the defending winner at the 2.5-mile track. He led 44 laps last season and held off Hamlin at the end.
One other name to watch during the weekend in Pocono is Bowman. The Hendrick Motorsports driver has made 15 starts at the track and has finished top 10 in five races. His win in 2021 headlines the list, but he also scored a pair of third-place finishes in 2018 and '24.
Bowman enters the weekend with +3,500 odds to win at Pocono Raceway. This puts him between Busch (+3,000) and Josh Berry (+4,000).
