The lowest form of life is apparently the prokaryotes (stick with me here), which are molecules surrounded by a membrane and cell wall.
We all thought that was the lowest form of life until we saw these morons in Wales.
We've seen weird road rage incidents before, but this one is most unusual. The combatants decided to settle whatever grievances -- real or imagined -- they had with each other by stopping traffic in a construction zone so they could wail away at each other in Wales (that's where this lunacy happened).
If you're going to be stupid enough to engage in a road rage fight, have at least a little decorum and don't hold up the people behind you. Chances are, they don't care.
