This is not how you say love.
Police say they've arrested a man after he and his girlfriend had a disagreement over watching a NASCAR race, according to a report in RoaneCounty,com.
The man, according to a police report, came home drunk and wanted to watch the race. But when his girlfriend said she wasn't interested, he got mad, made threats, and pinned her against a chair. The report says the girlfriend punch the man in the chest to get him off her.
She called police, and the man ran. He was later apprehended.
The man, Dean Perry, was arrested the next day on suspicion of domestic assault. He's scheduled in court on Oct. 17.
