We are guessing this is footage from a 'Ride of the Century' event where tons of idiot stunt bikers assemble to plague the streets of St. Louis. In the video, one of the bikers manages to run a wheelie into the back of a cop car! His friends watch him get arrested and pretend to be badasses acting like they will him escape. Idiots like this should never drive.
