These guys brought out the camera when they noticed the construction crew dealing with a bit of an odd and potentially dangerous situation. They concrete buffer they were using went a little rogue and wouldn't stop spinning on its own with no one at the helm. So it took about a dozen or so workers to try and figure out how to stop it since it was gas powered and they couldn't simply pull a plug on it.
