Fernando Alonso will no longer be the obvious headliner on his team for the Rolex 24 hour race at Daytona. He will be sharing the spotlight with another huge name in the racing world: Senna. Bruno Senna, Ayrton's nephew, will join the United Autosports team to drive with Paul di Resta, Will Owen and Hugo de Sadeleer according to Motorsports.com. United Autosport's other car will be piloted by Alonso, Lando Norris and Phil Hanson.

The idea of seeing Alonso and Senna racing on track at the same time in identical cars will add an amazing wrinkle to the race. Comparing the two's lap times can also give great insight to Alonso in his first endurance race on his path towards competing in Le Mans.

Team boss Richard Dean said of the addition, "Bruno will be great added value to the team because he has prototype and Daytona experience. We've taken our time to put the right line-ups together for both cars, and I think we have a great balance of speed, skill and experience to head to Daytona ready for the challenge."
