You can never have enough inspiration to make your 4th of July celebration something spectacular. With that in mind, let's introduce the missile truck: A Mazda B-series truck with 3,840 rockets ready to launch in any direction from the bed. Roman Atwood is the mastermind behind the idea, and the end result was absolutely amazing to say the least.

Roman is known for coming up with some pretty crazy ideas. He got the idea to create a Gatling gun-style fireworks display back in 2017, and since he films his video in a Vlog style, it shows the process of making this creation from start to finish. Roman even has his own line of fireworks, which he had planned on purchasing. Unfortunately, the store was sold out, which meant he had to go with the backup plan.

By the time he left the store, he had the entire SUV filled up with fireworks. That's when you know you've had a successful trip. As soon as he gets back to the house, he begins working on the stand. Although it looks somewhat complicated in the pictures, it's actually a pretty simple setup. He takes a camera tripod and builds a base platform on top of it. After painting it black and green camouflage, he stacks 20 tubes of rockets on top. Finally, he just takes a camouflage netting and drapes it over the legs of the tripod. Voilà! You now have yourself a portable fireworks gun.

He wheels his Mazda truck out to an open field to set up for the fireworks show, and then the real action starts. It's pretty hilarious that his way of lighting all these fireworks was to use two blowtorches. That's a classic example of just hoping for the best. Surprisingly, he actually manages to get all the fuses lit except for one.

The drone in the sky was probably the best camera angle you could ask for with a show like this. It captures the crazy event in the best angles possible. Some of the rockets even flew right past the drone! That would've been a seriously expensive mistake if it ended up getting hit, but I think it's well worth the risk.

This is, without a doubt, one of the cooler contraptions I've seen someone build. This looks like some kind of weapon you could go into war with. If there is one thing you should take away from this, it's that you should do something different for this year's Independence Day celebration. Anyone can shoot off some fireworks, but having something more unique like this might encourage a few more people to show up to your house this year.
