This camera clearly captures a large sinkhole swallowing up what looks like a little over 100 square feet of pavement. Too bad the person on the scooter didn't have as good a view.
Unless he thought he could just bunny hop over it, the rider had to have missed the gaping hole until it was too late to stop. He doesn't slow in time and down he goes. Hopefully the rider is ok, but he will certainly never trust a street again.
