Back in July, what should have been a standard pit top turned disastrous for Jason Allgaier.
At the NASCAR XFinity Series in Indianapolis, Allgaier's car hit two of his pit members.
One went flying over the hood, and another was hit, too. Allgaier then ran over an air hose and that took him out of contention.
Most importantly, there were no serious injuries. Allgaier drives the No. 7 Chevrolet Camaro for JR Motor Sports.
The scene was horrifying.
Thankful that @J_Allgaier's pit crew member is alright & cleared by doctors after flipping during the 1st pit stop. #XFINITYSeries pic.twitter.com/1nyBHentDh
