Dashcam Motorcycle Crash

Motorcyclist Shown Getting Launched into the Air in Dashcam Footage of Extreme Crash

Intense car accidents can occur at any time, regardless of the day, the hour, or the conditions. They can happen during rush hour, when everyone's in a hurry to get into work or to go home for the day. They can happen late at night or during bouts of bad weather.

They can even happen in the early hours of the morning, when traffic seems slow and everything is relatively calm. That was exactly the scene ahead of a devastating collision in Toronto, which ended in a motorcyclist getting ejected from his bike and flipping end-over-end before landing hard on the pavement. The whole thing was captured on dashcam, and it's definitely not for the faint of heart.

Per Global News:

A motorcyclist sustained serious injuries after colliding with a car in Toronto's east end on Monday, causing him to fly over the vehicle.

The crash, which was captured on dash camera, happened at around 7:20 a.m. at the intersection of Coxwell Avenue and Queen Street East.

In the video, it appears a white car was attempting to turn westbound onto Queen Street East from the northbound lanes of Coxwell Avenue when a motorcycle driving through the intersection crashes into it.

Toronto paramedics confirmed to Global News they transported a man in his 30s to a trauma centre with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Global News contacted Toronto police for comment on the crash, but there is no word if charges have been laid.

Wow. That looks like a heavily-edited stunt you'd see in the new Mission: Impossible movie, not something that happens in real life. Hopefully, the motorcyclist ended up making a smooth recovery, because that looked like one hard landing.
