Some people will go to insane ends to try and get their point across when they think they've been wronged. This woman had a hard time getting her phone screen repaired at a T-Mobile store. She probably didn't have the right insurance or whatever it is that you have to do to get things fixed. That's when the store likely told her that her only option was to buy a new phone outright. That's when she took matters into her own hand and drove her SUV through the entire store!
