Pedestrians have the right of way in pretty much every culture on the planet, but that doesn't keep morons from plodding on down the road like they own it. This supremely lucky woman was spared serious injury and possibly worse by noticing this jackass in the blue car at the last second. He barely even tapped his brakes. Props to the guy in the dashcam car for knowing the law and having the human decency to stop and let her cross.
