They pulled this truck in to do some work in and around the car wash itself when they realized the mistake they made all too late. This truck was carrying a Genie lift aerial work platform that they completely forgot about. Needless to say, it completely demolished large portions of the car wash machinery so they'll probably need that lift a lot more often than they originally thought.
