"Scrappy the Cholo" is the act YouTuber "ThatWasEpic" puts on as he creeps through the drive-thrus of Tempe, Arizona in his slammed out, hyrdaulic suspension-powered Oldsmobile. In true early 90's LA style, he pops the front end and makes the car wobble as he tries to pick up chicks while he picks up burgers and fries at the McDonald's pick-up window. He gets shut down every time, but it's hilarious to see the car bounce its way out of there.
