After botching his first pass at the famed Goodwood hillclimb in his Paul Newman 300ZX due to a track slick from rain, Adam Corolla and his team were hoping on a break from bad weather long enough to really put the pedal to the metal. But no such luck bestowed itself upon them, as rain drops fell as soon as they got in line for their second attempt. On the third day of the festival, the rain did relent long enough for them to do a pass for fun, but this final run couldn’t make up for the loss of time in the previous two. In the end, Adam and his team took it easy on the car in favor of keeping it in one piece.
