The 453T Detroit Diesel engine is no match for snow

The Detroit Diesel Corporation is known for creating powerful truck engines. The company has been powering trucks since 1938 (under its predecessor, the GM Diesel Division) and since then has pioneered a number of beasts, like the 453T Detroit Diesel engine.

But sometimes, even the most powerful engines can't overcome a lack of traction.

That's the case here as this truck tries to beat the snow (probably some slush and ice, too) but loses. The YouTube video says the owner had to move the truck and he decided to have a little fun.

You can  see the tires burning and hear the loud engine churning, and that's enough to make 453T enthusiasts smile. It doesn't get you very far, though.
