These cops pulled over Super Speeder Rob and his crew as they were flying around the country. The cops all reference the DOZENS of 911 calls other drivers are making regarding their speeding. It's kind of amazing that these people don't lose their licenses. Apparently, there is some law about where people don't get points on their license when they're driving out of state. Sounds too good to be true.
